WHAT’S POPPIN ASCENT!

We will be having a CHAPTER EVENT Prep day this Wednesday 🗓️ in Room 623!!! Come and start your STEM FAMILY NIGHT EXPERIMENT🧪 in your group of up to 5 (Everyone going to the event should sign up, then we will ask for your group at the event. Don’t worry if everyone can’t make it.)! Bring a friend!

What the STEM Family Night Is (If you don’t know yet):
The Eisenhower Elementary STEM Family Night, hosted by SHS ASCENT Club, is going to be on February 11, from 6-7:30 pm! (Save the date!🗓️) You will get to make an awesome, fun experiment🥼 (i.e., egg drop) for tons of Eisenhower Elementary’s students 🎒 to explore in your own group’s classroom  (You get to choose your groups of up to 5, so bring a friend!). The experiments will explain an area of science  (i.e., force in the egg drop experiment) to students, and leave them with a take-home souvenir (i.e., their parachute 🪂 and egg container). This event will be the year’s CHAPTER EVENT, which you need to attend for your grad cord! In order to attend the Chapter Event, you must come to at least one Prep Event to sign up your group and project, request materials/prizes (we will fund them for you), and complete your project instructions (for your students to follow) in any way you would like (i.e., presentation, video 📹, etc.)!
